When we talk about our readiness it's important to understand that the go-live of the new digital systems, structures and processes are not dependent on these tasks being completed locally. However, when we do go-live the more you have completed the easier and smoother your move to the new systems will be.
UK HQ will provide lots of support post-migration however, there will also many queries that will only be able to be answered locally and this is why it's important to be able to track your readiness.
