Your role

By accepting a role in scouting you will be giving your time to help provide or support scouting on an unpaid voluntary basis.

This volunteer agreement is binding in honour only and is not intended that any employment or worker relationship be created either now or in the future.

You may withdraw your voluntary services at any time and likewise, local scouting may cancel its engagement with you at any time using the processes detailed in this agreement.

Whilst we will comply with our statutory obligations to provide insurance and ensure a safe and secure environment, you are providing your services at your own risk.
