  • Plan, cook, serve and clear away a two-course meal for at least two people, (you can be one of them). The meal should prepare and cook vegetables as part of the menu. Remember, an adult must supervise you.

  • Plan a menu for a weekend event for four people (one is a vegetarian). Your planning should include the quantities you’ll need and a shopping list.

  • Cook and serve at least two of the meals from your menu for at least two people.

  • The meal must be at least two courses (a main course and either a starter or sweet).

  • Washing up after a meal including utensils, pots and pans, plates, glasses and cutlery, dispose of the rubbish and leftover food in a way that prevents vermin or illness.
