Our enquiry system has the facility to add some personalisation to your group/unit page. 

This could be by

  • adding your own banner photograph

  • providing a link to your own group website or social media

  • adding a short overview/introduction of your group

  • adding a photograph to your introduction

  • display a video hosted on YouTube

here’s how…

Adding your own banner photograph

The system provides a generic banner image at the top of each group or units page (see above). These are generic stock images that aim to drive belonging and an aspiration to join, we currently have a library of about 12 images in use.

You can add your own image if you want to, here what to do…

PLEASE TAKE THESE IMPORTANT STEPS:

  1. Ensure that your photograph is the minimum dimensions of 1200 x 400 pixels (larger sizes must stay in dimension)
  2. rename your photograph with your group or unit name
  3. ensure you have obtained permission from the parents/guardians of the young people in the photo to use the image on your page

Providing a link to your own group website or social media

Send:

  1. a direct link to your facebook page
  2. your twitter, Instagram username (handle)

Adding a short overview/introduction of your group

  1. Send a few words about your group at add as an introduction.  This will go in this area of your page:

Adding a photograph to your introduction

  1. rename your photograph with your group or unit name
  2. ensure you have obtained permission from the parents/guardians of the young people in the photo to use the image on your page

Display a video hosted on YouTube

Send:

  1. a direct (sharable), link to your YouTube video
  2. ensure you have obtained permission from the parents/guardians of the young people in the video to use it on your page
