How to join a zoom meeting...
Joining a Zoom session...
- Click the link sent to you in our joining email (which you will receive a few days before the training date)
- You will be taken to a Zoom page. If you've already downloaded Zoom, it will automatically ask you to start the Zoom software. If you don't Zoom already downloaded, the page which will automatically start downloading the software, if it doesn’t there is an option to download the software on the page.
- Once the software downloads or opens, it will pop up and ask you for your name and email address – this is only so you can be identified in the meeting (it may bypass this step if you’re already signed in).
- You’ll then be taken to a blank waiting room which will tell you we’re waiting for the host, as soon as we start the meeting at our end you'll be let in and able to view the session.
