Safety for manager and supporters
This independent learning is aimed at managers and supporters in scouting.
This learning covers:

Your duties and responsibilities for the safe operation of scouting in your group, district or county.

Your role in approving and/or supporting activities that do not require formal activity permits (weekly meetings, visits and trips, activities in terrain zero, class c waters etc).

The Policy, Organisation and Rules (POR) of The Scout Association and activity information and factsheets which detail the requirements and provide guidance for a range of scouting activities.

Workbook
The purpose of this workbook is to build on the learning you gained in module 01. As well as providing details of safety in scouting for managers and supporters, it also seeks to help you reflect on how to ensure that scouting is safe for everyone that takes part.
