We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and organised person to join our team and help keep The Fort, our South London Scout Centre in Dulwich, running smoothly!
From exciting outdoor adventures and weekend camps to residential stays and community activities, The Fort welcomes Scout Groups, youth organisations and visitors from across London and beyond.

And that's where you come in!
You'll be part of the team that makes it all happen, helping with bookings, welcoming guests, coordinating volunteers and keeping the centre running smoothly behind the scenes.
You'll also take on the role of Duty Manager when our Centre Manager is off duty, helping ensure visitors have a safe, enjoyable and memorable experience. This includes some overnight stays on-site, particularly during our busier periods, with accommodation provided.

- Friendly, welcoming and loves working with people
- Organised, proactive and great at juggling tasks
- Confident handling administration and day-to-day operations
- Practical, reliable and happy to take responsibility
- Flexible, adaptable and ready to get stuck in!
