After the initial phases of a change management project, it is important to maintain momentum and vigilance. This involves addressing any lingering resistance, encouraging active participation, and keeping everyone in the larger Scout County fully motivated and informed. 

Additionally, ongoing communication and support help embed the changes into the renewed structure, ensuring that the intended benefits are realised over the long term.

Continuous monitoring and adaptation to potential challenges are key elements in ensuring that the positive outcomes of the change are sustained, contributing to the County’s overall success.
