Our Air Scout Active Support unit are runnig a badge course at the Fort (South London Scout Centre), Grange Lane, London SE21 7LH to enable Scouts and Explorers to gain this badge .
To secure a place on the course, a non refundable payment of £ 5.50 pp will be required .
Unfortunately there have been too many incidences recently where people have paid for places and then cancelled giving just a few days notice (or no notice at all!)
The event is open to all Scouts and Explorers in South 'London Scouts and Greater London South East Scout County.
The day is limited to a maximum of 21 places due to the size of the premises.
All Scouts and explorers should attend in uniform.

There may be some places available (weather permitting), on air experience flights in a light aircraft. The flyers will be chosen by ballot. More details will be provided once you have booked a place. Planned date for the flying event is 16th or 23rd March 2019 (this may be subject to change and weather etc permitting).

If you are told that places are available, this will only be confirmed on receipt of payment. Cheques are payable to ‘GLS County Scout Council.
Because we don’t want to run with empty places, reservations not confirmed by payment by 2nd March 2019 will be released to those on the waiting list.
Please note Scout Aviation Centre is a South London Scouts facility , so please make an effiort to use it !!! Aviation badges can be taken by any branch of Scouting.
